By accessing or using Dissidence ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are not required to provide your age, but we reserve the right to ban any user we determine to be under 18. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, or violates others' rights
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Spam, manipulate votes, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Attempt to circumvent moderation actions or bans
  • Use automated tools to access the Platform without authorization
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious content

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Dissidence a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store your content as part of the Platform's operation. You are solely responsible for content you post.

5. Community Guidelines

Individual communities may have additional rules. Community moderators can set and enforce rules within their communities. Platform-wide rules take precedence over community rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The Dissidence name, logo, and Platform design are owned by Dissidence. You may not use our trademarks without permission. We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or our content policy. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
