Delete your account

For an account that is suspended or banned. Any other account can be deleted from Settings.

Your account will be deleted in 30 days. Your profile and account data are then removed permanently and your posts and comments are replaced with "[deleted]". Messages you sent stay in the conversations they went to, no longer linked to you. If you can sign in again before then, you can cancel it.

Any community you own passes to one of its moderators: an administrator before a moderator, the longest-standing member first.
